These oblong Titanium Dermal Anchors have 3 holes in the base--2 small holes on the long side and 1 small hole on the short side--and a 2mm rise. Each one is forged from a single piece of implant-grade titanium and has internal 1.2mm threading that makes it compatible with any of our 12g and 14g dermal tops with matching threading.
